Visible in the top right corner of the picture is the rawhide hammer I used to set grommets for for the drawings found in the Works on Plastic gallery. The Icons series was my first foray into that method of working. Ear protection is necessary when hammering metal repeatedly. I usually double up-- ear plugs + ear coverings.
Here's more evidence that nothing is too small to save: the yellow dots in the dish on the middle right of the picture are punched out bits of tarps.
