This photo is taken from indoors. Reflections and shadows obscure the cut-outs on the window. At the left side of the picture one can see the edge of the window blind. The blind is reflected in the window. Also reflected in the window are the shadows cast on to the blind from the cut-outs that are adhered to the window.
